Established in 2015, Pinnacle Realty Group was founded with the agent and client in mind. Owners and broker Bob and Sally Peterson aimed to build a company that offered more opportunity to agents through more flexibility, more freedom, and more commission. PRG now offers one of the highest commission splits in the area with no monthly fees, transaction fees or royalty fees. We want our agents to grow and thrive, in turn being able to focus on better service to clients and customers. PRG’s mission statement is to train, equip, support, and encourage our agents so that, in turn, they can represent their clients to the best of their abilities. Per agent, our brokerage outsells other brokerages 4:1 because of our commitment to agent development and support. Here are some of the ways that we support our agents!


  • Great, simple, commission splits – We pay agents 85% of whatever they bring in, even on cross sales. Then the split goes up to 95% after $18,000 (including broker’s fees typically paid by the client, and these can really add up depending on the number of transactions) goes to PRG in company dollar in a calendar year. And that’s it! We keep it simple so you’re not left guessing on how much you’ll get paid
  • No monthly desk fees or copier fees
  • No franchise fees – We’re proud to be a locally owned company!
  • No transaction fees – We don’t expect you to pay a fee to get paid
  • Established in residential, commercial and investment markets – We do a lot of business in commercial and investment markets, not just residential. Work with established agents and learn the tricks of the trade
  • Flexibility – As a locally owned company, we are not bound by corporate rules and regulations. We want to help you grow your business as you see fit. Whether you have a great idea or a concern to voice, we will sit down with you and make it happen
  • Success breeds success – You become who you surround yourself with. Work with experienced, established agents in all areas of real estate
  • An updated, professional office – Our office is located in a great area and is equipped with all the technology you need to accomplish what you need to get done
